Dittman Places in Top Half of Class at Western Semifinals
Pomona, Calif.—Two Tiffin University riders competed at the IHSA Western Semifinals March 27-28 at the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds. Junior Alison Dittman (Winter Haven, FL) placed 8th out of 16 in the Novice Horsemanship class. Dittman qualified for the semifinals by winning the Zone 6, Region 1 Novice Horsemaship class two weeks earlier.
Sophomore Jenna Trillet (Wadsworth, OH) was granted a re-ride, but did not place in her Beginner Horsemanship class of 16 riders. She won the Zone 6, Region 1 Beginner Horsemanship class to qualify for the trip to California.
